The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 44phdream employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts upon detection, with balances subject to review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 44phdream immediately via the support channels listed on the platform.
In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements, 44phdream is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to allowing continued gameplay.

44phdream reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification. Documents submitted are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
All financial transactions on the 44phdream platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page within your account.

44phdream strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to the depositing payment method after verification.
All content on the 44phdream platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of 44phdream or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 44phdream platform without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 44phdream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
44phdream's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
44phdream does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
44phdream collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
44phdream will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary to provide the Services.
44phdream reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the 44phdream platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to 44phdream's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal process may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
